The staff, particularly Julio, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Just be prepared for some elevator delays during peak times!

I loved the outstanding service. the staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond! The noise from the trash collection at night was a bit annoying, though.

The King Room was clean and super comfortable. The bed felt cozy, which made it easy to sleep well. There was a large TV, which was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evening. However, the shower temperature control was a bit tricky. it could have been more consistent. Overall, the room felt modern and stylish, making the stay enjoyable!

The room we had was really comfy with two twin beds that were perfect for our family, and we loved the nice rooftop pool for some relaxation. Plus, the hotel had a cozy lounge area that was great to unwind in after exploring the city. The only downside was some noise at night from trash collection, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊
